Breathe Mental Health Conference
You deserve the peace
Breathe Conference is a two-day Mental Health Conference for students and adults in Manteca, Modesto, Tracy, and surrounding communities.
September is National Suicide Prevention Month. In partnership with San Joaquin County Behavioral Health, Crossroads Grace Community Church will be hosting a two-day conference from September 30 to October 1, 2022. The conference will help encourage and provide community support and resources to equip students, adults, and families facing lifestyle and mental health disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mental health impacts our children, young adults, and families worldwide. The two-day conference will include two parts. On Friday, September 30, we will focus specifically on students in 6th-12th grades throughout Manteca, Modesto, and Tracy Unified Schools. This event is an excellent opportunity for the youth to connect with peers and other youth leaders. Nathan Harmon is the keynote speaker; he is the #1 booked school speaker nationwide with Your Life Speaks. Nathan will be addressing how to navigate adversity, addiction, mental health, character development, bullying, and many topics that all people face.
Start time for both days – 8:30am – 3pm.
