How do I know which class my child attends?

The sticker name tag indicates the age-appropriate classroom your child will attend. The check-in attendant will show you where the classroom is located. KIDS classes open 15 minutes prior to service time and close 20 minutes after the service has started.

Is there a security system in place?

Yes! When you register your child you will receive a sticker name tag for him/her and a parent name tag for yourself. This tag identifies that you have permission to pick up your child with the corresponding tag with the four digit number.

We also have several other safety mechanisms in place to keep our kids safe while under our care.

What do I do if I lose my parent tag?

Sometimes parent tags are misplaced or lost. Children WILL NOT be released to anyone without the corresponding parent tag. If you do not have your parent tag or your child lost theirs You MUST see the service coordinator who will verify your identification through our children’s check-in system.

Is it safe to leave my child with your volunteers?

KIDS volunteers have all passed a background check and have been trained to work with your children. We strive to have the safest environment possible in all of our classrooms.

What if my child needs me during the service?

When registering your child you will receive a four digit security number. If for any reason your child needs you during the service, your number will be posted on the bottom of the right hand screen. If you see your number has been posted, there will be a children’s staff member waiting at the children’s wing entrance to take you to your child’s class. Through our Check-In system, we also are able to send a text to the registered parent/guardian provided we have their current cell provider.

What do I do I if my child has special needs?

Children with special needs are highly valued in KIDS. Our trained KIDS volunteers have a desire to provide one on one love, and care for those who may need a little extra guidance in learning about Jesus.

Our S.U.N. (Serving Unique Needs) Ministry is an inclusive worship setting; meaning we are intentional to include all students and invite them to engage in experiencing Jesus.

 What can I and my children expect in KIDS classrooms?

In KIDS, we value relationships; with leaders, each other and God! Because of this value, our classes consist of play, large group time; including lesson related games, story telling and video teaching, multi-sensory activities, crafts and small group for our elementary students. Small group time is specifically designed to be an extension of our relationship building . We also introduce our life application concepts so kids can actually begin to practice what they have learned. You can expect KIDS volunteers to lovingly build into the lives of your children.

Kids

Kids programming is available for infants through 6th grade.
Early childhood thru 4th grade meets in classrooms downstairs. 5th & 6th graders meet upstairs in room 209.
Please check-in at the lobby kiosk.
