Baptism Team Lead
Lead the baptism team volunteers and supports believers who are going to be baptized.
Responsibilities
- Encourage baptism candidates
- Assign various positions to baptism team members
- Lead candidates who don't know Christ to make a profession of faith prior to baptism
- Help with some tank maintenance in between baptism services
- Attend pre-service meetings on Thursday and Sunday of baptism services
