Every journey starts with a first step. Step ONE is designed for anyone new to Crossroads, returning to faith, or simply exploring what it means to follow Jesus. In just 60 minutes, you’ll get to know our church, hear how God created you with a purpose, and discover the next step that’s right for you.

What to Expect

Step ONE covers:

• The mission and vision of Crossroads.
• God’s purpose for your life (Ephesians 2:10).
• Practical ways to walk with Jesus daily.
• The DFL Pathway: Discover, Follow, Lead.

You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need to be willing to take a step.

Join us for Step ONE, the first Sunday of every month. You’ll be welcomed, encouraged, and equipped for what’s next.

After Step ONE, we invite you to continue growing through our DFL Pathway—a simple, intentional discipleship strategy designed to deepen your faith, build lasting community, and help you live on mission. To learn more, watch the video below from Pastor Brian.
