Facility Use Guidelines

To ensure that our facilities are used in a manner that reflects our values and serves our community well, please review the following guidelines before submitting a request:

General Policies

-All events must align with the mission and values of Crossroads Grace Community Church.
-Facility use is subject to availability and church ministry priorities.
-A completed request form and approval are required before any event is scheduled

Reservations & Fees

-A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
-Full payment and a Certificate of Liability are due seven days before the event date.
-Additional fees may apply for setup, A/V equipment, security, or custodial services.

Facility Usage Rules

-The person/group renting the facility is responsible for setup and cleanup unless arranged otherwise.
-Decorations must not damage walls, floors, or furniture. No nails, tacks, or tape on walls.
-No alcohol, smoking, or illegal substances are allowed on church property.
-Noise levels should be kept at a respectful volume, especially for evening events.

Liability & Cancellations

-The church is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
-The church is not responsible for any personal injury that may occur on the premises.
-Any damage to the facility must be reported and may result in additional charges.
-Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.
